Unstoppable. Most players struggle to reach the next level because they lack the elite skills and tactics required to create chances when the game gets faster. The BC Falcons exist to change that — providing an elite spring development program. More than just tournaments: real improvements.
Brought to you by the same founders as levelup.hockeyWhy Falcons
Most programs run the same generic drills for every player on the ice. We take a different approach — training forwards and defencemen separately with position-specific skills, targeting the micro skills that are almost always overlooked but become extremely important at higher levels of hockey.
Forwards and defencemen face different challenges. Our sessions are split by position so players develop the exact skills, habits, and tactical awareness their role demands — not one-size-fits-all.
The details that separate good players from elite ones are small but critical — deception, body positioning, timing, edge work under pressure. We train the micro skills each player needs.
Hockey IQ is rapid subconscious pattern recognition. Our sessions are designed so players solve problems at full speed with feedback — building creativity, reads, and decisions under pressure.
